3. Order Processing and Shipping Times

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipping Transit Time: 7–12 business days (Monday through Friday), via Carrier: USPS.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–15 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can track your package on our website or directly through the carrier's official website.

5. Shipping Issues If your package status shows as "Delivered" but you have not actually received it, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@mbriotech.us within 48 hours.

 

Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You must contact our customer support team at support@mbriotech.us prior to returning any items. The item you return must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

We accept return requests for defective products. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mbriotech.us.

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to pack the item and where to ship the package.

Please note: We will not accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective or damaged: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

If you have simply changed your mind (for reasons unrelated to product quality): The return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you promptly regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
